Richard, Jason, Ken and Carl with support from General Manager Stephen from Gist Ltd were the team behind a massive cycling challenge in aid of The Hospice of St Francis, Headway Luton and Headway UK.

They completed the Way of the Roses cycling route. The cycle route is a 170-mile (274 km) journey that starts in Morecambe Bay, winds its way through the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, across the Yorkshire Wolds, and finally ends at the seaside town of Bridlington.

It was an incredibly hot two days, but the team were spurred on because both charities were personally very important to them.

Thank you to everyone at Gist Ltd for your generosity. We also enjoyed the tour of your facilities, a Marks and Spencer lunch (they provide the logistics for M&S) and the hampers which will are using in our Christmas Raffle.
