Our main office is open Monday to Thursday 8am to 3:30pm and Friday 8am to 1pm. You can contact us by post, email, phone or via our contact form with general enquiries or questions about referrals.
Referrals
- We accept referrals from brain injury survivors, their family and friends as well as professionals.
- We can post you a referral form if you are unable to complete it online.
- Email completed referral forms to: communitysupport@headwayluton.com
- If you work in the NHS, you can email us via our NHS email address: Headway.luton@nhs.net
