Community Services

Our Community Support Services aim to meet the holistic needs of the residents of Luton who have an acquired brain injury, their family members and/or carers.

We can freely provide you with a wide range of professional services to help you, whether you have just been discharged from hospital, or if your acquired brain injury happened some time ago but is now having an adverse effect on your life and/or possibly causing your family to have concerns.

Our bespoke services include:

*please note: charges apply for Centre attendance but these are often funded by a direct payment from your local authority, subject to eligibility. This will be fully explained at the first meeting.

We are happy to hear from any individual with an ABI, family members and/or carers, and we accept referrals from G.P's, health agencies or voluntary organisations.

We have no upper age limit and welcome all enquiries from our diverse range of local communities. Simply contact us by:

If you live in the Luton area and feel you would like our support you may choose to discuss your needs with the Service Manager either by arranging an appointment for a home visit or a meeting at our main centre in Alma Street, Luton.

If you reside outside of Luton we cannot offer home visits but you may also access our Community Support by making an appointment to visit us at our main centre.

Please be assured that we have strict confidentiality and data protection policies and these will be observed at all times. We will never share any information you provide to any other individual or party without your prior permission.
